Get a Free PlanWhat consulting services do you provide?
Our focus is strategic consulting, technology audit, data consulting, operational efficiency, growth and change management. We work at the intersection of business and technology: helping companies find direction, optimize processes, scale, change IT architecture.
We come when you need the big picture and to sort everything: what's working, what's slowing down, what to change, how and who should do it.
How can consulting help my business?
After quality consulting, you gain clear understanding of what and why to change for better business performance. We help escape operational routine, view business systemically, spot growth points: via automation, analytics, new structure, product, or management model. Output: action roadmap with priorities and goals.
Do you only consult or also implement solutions?
If you have implementers – we work with them. If not – we take implementation ourselves. We do full cycle: diagnosis, plan, execution.
We fit your context: can launch analytics, rebuild architecture, set integrations, optimize processes, develop product. Turnkey or in parts, depending on your resources and team.
For which industries do you provide consulting?
Most often, companies in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, finance, services approach us. We have experience with large international structures, mid-sized Ukrainian companies, government agencies.
We step in where there's need to bring order to the system. If business grows fast or stalls and doesn't know next steps – we can definitely help.
How does consulting differ from development services?
Development is implementation. Consulting provides understanding of exactly what to implement.
A company may request platform development, but after audit, it turns out a platform isn't needed—instead, new data workflow structure, automation over manual reporting, or different CRM. We help avoid wasting budget on what won't work. Only after clear "why" can we move to development.
What is your consulting process?
We identify problems and what needs to change for business growth. This includes interviews, audits, process analysis, team workshops. Then form hypotheses, validate on facts, build change plan—not abstract, but with specific solutions, priorities, dependencies.
Next, up to you: implement independently, with our help, or hand to other contractors.
How long does consulting take?
On average, consulting lasts from a few weeks to several months—depends on scale and tasks. One-time architecture or process audit: 2-3 weeks.
Deep transformation or growth strategy planning: intensive 2-3 months. We always fix specific goal, project boundaries, and end result.
Do you offer one-time consultations?
If you have a critical specific question needing sober outside view—yes, we can join point-wise, assess situation, provide recommendations.
How do you deliver consulting results?
As a working plan with clear actions, roles, priorities. Format per task: process map or analytics report. Always maximally clear and transparent for client.
Can you work with our internal IT team?
In most cases, yes—that's how we work. Our goal: help team perform better, so we involve internals at all stages—from problem analysis to solution design. Explain, show, justify. Not just hand over document, but leave understanding of how/why it works. Otherwise, consulting has no effect.
What makes your consulting unique?
We're not a standard firm—we have technical expertise focused on business benefits. Approach: immerse in your context, identify real bottlenecks, deliver implementable solutions. Optimize processes, always explain why, what problem it solves, which metric changes. Results you can measure.
Do you provide technology recommendations?
Yes—for specific tasks, team, budget. If internal team exists, consider their stack. For greenfield projects, weigh speed, scalability, maintenance costs. Tech is a tool; we always explain why this solution fits your situation best.
Can you help with digital transformation?
Yes, but understand: digital transformation changes entire work processes—decision-making, process management, client interaction. We build it systematically via analytics, automation, new architecture, team integration.
Do you conduct technology audits?
Yes, often first step in consulting. Check if tech aligns with business goals, risks, optimization spots, scaling blockers. Audit code, infrastructure, dev processes. So you know real weak spots and fixes.
How do you evaluate consulting effectiveness?
Consulting makes sense only if changes happen: less manual work, higher conversion, faster team. Agree on clear KPIs upfront—from cost reduction to new sales channel launch. For strategy projects, leave tools for client self-tracking.
Do you help with implementation after consultations?
Of course. If the client wants, we handle it—from tool selection to product launch. If client's team implements, we stay in support: review tech decisions, join status meetings, help with priorities.
What to change, why, how, and by when?
Could be transformation strategy, tech specs, system map, process optimization plan, or current architecture audit. You receive solutions: what to change, why, how, timeline.
Do you maintain confidentiality?
Yes, no exceptions. Worked with financial structures, gov platforms, big corps where leaks mean reputational disaster. Sign NDA pre-start, limit team access, no cases without consent. Trust is standard in consulting.
