Company history

8 years of formation and growth

2017

Birth of the idea and its launch

IWIS began its journey as a small team working weekends and evenings. The first projects - IT system audits and consulting for local businesses - proved that even two enthusiasts could launch quality technological solutions.
This became the foundation for further growth.

2018

Formation and first victories

The company secured its first major contracts, including BF Logistics with a $100,000 budget. Simultaneously, collaboration with Planet Cinema began, which allowed us to attract strong business analysts and project managers.
This year, IWIS transitioned from enthusiasm to professional project management.

2019

Development above all

IWIS opened a 400 m² office, creating conditions for team growth. The portfolio was enriched with clients Good Wine, Odesa International Film Festival, BAD, and other brands.
The company defined strategic directions - web, mobile, and data solutions - and formed the mission and values that still define IWIS culture today.

2020

Adaptation in times of uncertainty

COVID-19 reduced market volumes, but within a few months IWIS recovered its performance and even grew. International projects in Data Science emerged, and collaboration with Data Science UA opened new opportunities. Internally, the company established a culture of transparent time tracking and strengthened delivery management.

2021

Scaling and international horizons

IWIS moved to the Creative States coworking space and implemented a hybrid work format. This allowed us to combine productivity with the new reality.
The company focused on developing internal processes and creating an environment where the team could work regardless of circumstances.

2022

Trial by war

The full-scale invasion became the most difficult challenge. Despite the pause in client work, IWIS ensured employee payments and preserved the team. Some specialists joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the company supported the army with equipment and supplies.
By the end of the year, IWIS resumed operations and confirmed its reliability in crisis conditions.

2023

Recovery and new projects

The company changed its business model: the focus shifted from large long-term contracts to medium and small projects. This allowed for more flexible responses to market demands and retained the team scattered across different countries.
Special emphasis was placed on project management and delivery quality control.

2024

Social responsibility and leadership

After two years of turbulence caused by war and market changes, IWIS stabilized the business and restored development dynamics.
The company expanded its client portfolio, strengthened expertise in integrations and data analytics, and began preparing for scaling in the international market.

2025

Relaunch and big ambitions

Today, IWIS is a technology partner for businesses seeking digital transformation. We combine expertise in web and mobile development, integrations, and data analytics with high project management standards.

When the whole world stopped, we decided to move forward

Millions of people around the world held their breath and waited for the pandemic to end. Even in the darkest times, the IWIS team decided not to stand still. We began to act: adapted business processes, launched active remote work and digital tools. We supported clients instead of simply waiting for stability. In conditions of uncertainty, we sought new paths and created solutions that helped businesses function.

War in Ukraine

When the war in Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, the company did not stop its activities. Despite constant shelling of civilians, enemy aggression, and tragic moments for Ukrainians - we acted. We united and gathered to be close to people who needed help. From the first days of the war until now, we support the defenders who are fighting for us, Ukrainians, and not only for us, but for other nations - our common free future.

We provided one of the units with a modern drone. It is already helping on the front lines to see the enemy kilometers ahead and save the lives of our soldiers.

The IWIS team purchased vehicles for the defenders. They are already deployed on the front - transporting people and necessary equipment. This significantly increases unit mobility.
