How quickly can you start work?

Once we have agreed on the key details, we can get started in just a few days. If you already have a technical specification or product vision, we will immediately put together a team and an action plan. We start with the Discovery stage to clarify all the details and objectives.

How do you start working with new clients?

We usually start with a dialogue or a free workshop. Then it all depends on the request, because it could be a one-time consultation, an audit, or the immediate launch of development.

A typical startup process looks like this:

  1. Getting acquainted and clarifying the request;
  2. Business context analysis;
  3. Agreement on format (T&M, fixed budget, phases);
  4. Signing an NDA (if necessary);
  5. Plan formation and launch.

We are interested in ensuring that everything is transparent and clear for both parties from the outset.

How do you ensure the success of the project?

We work within a framework that includes clear planning, regular monitoring, and feedback from the client. We focus on the business results we need to achieve.

For each project, we assign a separate team of specialists with relevant experience. We agree on a plan, success metrics, and areas of responsibility. We organize regular meetings and provide reports. If requirements change, we flexibly adapt the plan during the process.

This allows you to achieve predictable results even in complex projects.

What communication tools do you use?

The main channels are Google Meet, email, messengers, and Jira for task tracking. In general, the format depends on the client: we can integrate into an existing system or offer our own options.

Regular status updates, clear documentation, and transparent progress are the foundation of our approach. The client always knows what stage the project is at.

How do you respond to changes in requirements during the process?

We build flexibility into our projects from the outset, with most of them being implemented in gradual iterations. This allows us to change priorities, adapt the product to new needs, and avoid unnecessary costs.

If a company is operating on a tight budget, we identify critical functionality and add the option of flexible expansion after the MVP launch. Changes are not a problem if they are anticipated in advance and handled correctly.

Can I get a free consultation on my project?

Of course, we provide an initial consultation free of charge. We ask the right questions to understand how best to approach the task. And you share your vision of what you would like to achieve.

After that, we can recommend the optimal stack or architecture, offer implementation options, provide guidance on budget and deadlines, or honestly tell you if we are not the right fit for you.

Do you sign an NDA before starting discussions?

Yes, we will sign an NDA at any stage. Most clients come to us with confidential information, so this is standard practice rather than an exception. We have our own NDA template, or we can approve yours.

We take the protection of ideas and business data seriously. It's part of our reputation.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes, support is a separate and very important part of our work. If necessary, we sign an SLA and take responsibility for uptime, bugs, and updates. Some companies take support only for the first 3 months after release, some for a year or more. The format is flexible: there are critical projects that require a quick response, and there are those where it is enough to review the logs once a week.

Who owns the code and rights to the product?

The code, documentation, and infrastructure all belong to the customer from the moment of payment and signing of the documents. If we use any third-party libraries or licensed tools, this is discussed at the outset.

Do you take on projects after other contractors? Do you support ready-made solutions?

Yes, and we have done this more than once. We joined projects that were not working as well as the customer would have liked and brought them to fruition. But first, we conduct an audit: we check the code, architecture, access, documentation, and infrastructure status.

Next, we give an honest assessment: this project can be supported and developed, or it is cheaper and faster to rewrite it. If the solution is viable, we support it, fix critical issues, and gradually update it.

How do you ensure data security?

Security is part of the architecture from the very beginning, not an add-on at the end. So we immediately lay down access models, role control, data storage and transfer protocols, encryption, and user action logging. This is a must-have even in the simplest project.

In internal systems, we restrict access, encrypt critical fields, and implement multi-level authorization. In BI, we isolate environments, apply column-level control, and build access rights models for individual dashboards. In e-commerce, this means API protection, payment encryption, traffic and vulnerability auditing.

We have experience working with banks, government agencies, and law firms, where security is critically important, so we always take this issue very seriously.

What is custom software development?

In short, it’s when the system is tailored to your needs. Developing a product tailored to specific business needs, rather than adapting a ready-made template. Developing a product tailored to specific business needs, rather than adapting a ready-made template.

Custom development gives you complete control: logic, roles, integrations, reports—everything works the way you need it to. But it only makes sense when the task is truly unique or typical solutions don't work. If a ready-made solution that covers 80% of your requirements will do, we'll let you know right from the start.

Why choose custom software instead of off-the-shelf solutions?

Custom development gives you freedom: you control the functionality, can scale, integrate any services, and build logic to suit your needs. You are not dependent on a third-party platform that may change its policy or API tomorrow. It is a custom product, and it works exactly the way you need it to.

Ready-made systems are a faster and cheaper solution, but they have limitations. They become restrictive when a business grows, changes, or has non-standard processes.

What types of custom software do you develop?

We create systems that either automate internal processes or function as standalone digital products. These can include:

  • CRM and ERP for internal use;
  • B2B portals for partners or distributors;
  • e-commerce solutions;
  • mobile and web applications for customers or staff;
  • integration platforms between existing systems;
  • analytical platforms with business logic.

How long does development take?

It all depends on the complexity. Sometimes an MVP can be assembled in 3-6 weeks, and a full-fledged system in 2-6 months. Of course, if deep integration or development from scratch with complex analytics is required, it can take much longer.

We always break down development into phases, so you get the first results faster.

What is your software development process?

We start by understanding the business task. Usually, we first conduct a Discovery phase: we determine what exactly needs to be done, what the limitations are, and what a successful expected outcome looks like.

Next comes development in phases with regular reports: you see progress regularly and give feedback. The final result is not a black box; it is formed gradually and is a logical continuation of the entire process.

IWIS development principles

Digital transformation solutions built around business needs

Our transformation initiatives focus on clear operational objectives. The work is directed toward execution, transparency, and control of core business processes. Companies operate faster. Reporting becomes clearer. Operational friction decreases without additional complexity.

IWIS operates as a digital transformation agency where change occurs through a structured program, not through a set of tools. Strategy, technology, and process optimization align within a single execution model. Fragmented platforms transform into a unified digital ecosystem. Teams work faster. Leadership relies on consistent data. This approach has been applied across more than 90 projects. These environments are complex, and stability is critical.

Digital transformation solutions built on business needs

Each initiative begins with a business-focused assessment. Teams examine systems, workflows, and data flows. This helps identify bottlenecks, manual operations, and operational risks. It also reveals where execution slows down and where productivity declines.

Next, a clear action plan defines measurable outcomes. As a digital transformation company, IWIS focuses on implementation, not theory. Automation consolidates repetitive tasks. Cloud integration connects systems. Data analytics and API integration unite tools into a single operational environment. Legacy system modernization occurs in stages. Day-to-day operations remain stable throughout the process.

Business digital transformation: from strategy to implementation

Large-scale change requires structure and discipline. Adding new tools to inefficient processes increases complexity. Teams begin with assessment and planning. Then they move to system integration. As the organization grows, long-term optimization occurs.
