YURiA-PHARM is one of Ukraine's top five pharmaceutical companies, which has been developing innovative medical products for over 20 years. The company launches more than 20 new products every year, has its own research base, modern production facilities, and exports to over 40 countries. YURiA-PHARM reinvests 90% of its profits into development, in particular, into scaling R&D, new technologies, and digital business transformation. The constant launch of new products, entry into international markets, and increasing complexity of operations require consistency in all processes: from production to data management.
YURiA-PHARM had dozens of disparate data sources that were not integrated into a single system. This complicated analytics, delayed reporting, and hindered the launch of data initiatives. The company lacked a holistic architectural vision that matched the scale of its operations.

The company needed a systematic approach to data management that would allow it to align sources, establish architectural integrity, and create a foundation for scaling.
The goal of the project was to develop a unified architectural vision for the new data warehouse.
Our approach:
We started by understanding the context: we conducted a series of interviews with key stakeholders at YURiA-PHARM to gather information and see how data actually works in different departments. This was followed by a detailed audit of more than 15 sources: ERP, CRM, and BI systems.
Based on the collected data, we formed an architectural vision of the new GSC, adapted to the scale and internal structure of the company. We developed a phased transition plan, taking into account technical, business, and process dependencies.
The result was a roadmap that the client’s team was able to immediately put into action: with a description of the architecture, a budget estimate, and clear development priorities.
We have laid the foundation on which to build a systematic, scalable, and business-oriented data architecture.
Our client received:
architectural vision of the new GSH;
a step-by-step roadmap for implementation;
expert assessment of the implementation budget;
recommendations for the development of data infrastructure;
documentation agreed upon with the team.
The company’s data underwent a complete diagnosis, and instead of general ideas, a clear, coordinated action plan emerged. The solution takes into account the specifics of the business, data structure, and internal constraints.
