How the Discovery stage proceeds

The choice of tool for achieving a specific goal largely determines the possibility of achieving that goal

We help find the optimal tool among a variety of solutions, focusing not on general characteristics, but on what works specifically in your context. To do this, we always start with Discovery – an analytical process that helps narrow the focus to 2-3 relevant platforms, model real scenarios, assess functional risks, and the cost of implementation. If the solution meets 80% of the requirements, we choose it. If there is no ready-made solution, we move on to developing our own project.

Defining goals

We start with the main thing: we conduct an interview with the management to clearly understand what results need to be achieved.

Constraints and context

We define the conditions under which we will work: budget, deadlines, internal processes, limitations. We analyze corporate EEFs (Enterprise Environmental Factors) and OPAs (Organizational Process Assets).

Formalization of requirements

Together, we form a clear list of functional and non-functional requirements for the future solution.

Market analysis of solutions

We analyze available tools using multi-criteria analysis. We select 2-3 favorites not based on subjective opinions, but considering scalability, flexibility, analytics, UX, and adaptation to your processes.

Modeling business processes in different systems

On test data, we check how key scenarios work: segmentation, mailings, trigger logic, reporting.

We analyze vendor demos based on our use cases. We evaluate not only the functionality but also the cost of the license, setup, and modifications.

Implementation or development

We choose a solution together. If it already exists and meets at least 80% of the requirements, we model it.

If none of the existing solutions meet the objectives and requirements, we launch custom development — creating a product from scratch for specific tasks
